David, I wish you and your companions lots of luck and good weather. Been there and the trip was great. My companion, transporter and friend was the river. Not being a writer or photographer I couldn’t express my feeling of the journey as the gain from the trip lies within which I could never translate into words. The dams will be your obstacles and your reward awaits at Fort Morgan. May every stroke come from the heart.

    Paddle on,
    Richard Grove

David, hope everything is going well. It’s really going to be hot for the next few days. I have really enjoyed reading everything about the trip. One little correction. R.F. Henry lock chamber is 600 ft long, by 84 ft wide. I will be in touch. Parker
